Comfortable room, friendly staff, enjoyed the excellent customer service and refreshing poolside snack bar that kept us relaxed during our stay, which was also conveniently located just 10 km from the airport.

Staying here was something else, the breakfast had this honeycomb display like, real honey you could put on your tea, never had that before. The staff were incredible, especially at the health tonic bar, they remembered what we liked and always served us with a smile.

It wasn’t exactly cheap but worth every dollar.

The kids loved the plunge pool, and the breakfast options at the restaurant were pretty tasty. There’s a lovely spa where we enjoyed a full body massage and the outdoor pool is perfect for winding down. The only small hiccup was the wait for eggs at breakfast, but it wasn't a big deal. 😊

I had an amazing stay at the kuta beach heritage hotel, managed by accor. The location is perfect, just steps away from the beach. My room was comfortable and always clean. The spa service stood out. it was so relaxing! I loved being able to unwind by the outdoor pool that overlooks the ocean.

The café on the lower level has issues with water leaking during heavy rain, creating a slippery and potentially hazardous situation. Additionally, the absence of coffee facilities in rooms means a walk to the communal area for your morning fix, which could be a bother for some.

the hotel is just less than a 5-minute walk to Beachwalk Shopping Center and has a friendly atmosphere with welcoming staff that made me feel right at home during my solo travels, truly a great spot for relaxing after exploring the vibrant Kuta area.
